These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Vijay Shree Jewellers website at vijayshreejewellers.in and our mobile application(s), where available, and to order requests made through them. Vijay Shree Jewellers is located at No. 20-E, Gandhi Road, opposite CMC Hospital, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
By using the website or placing an order request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the website
You may use the website to browse our designs and send enquiries or order requests for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information.
3. Product descriptions, images and specifications
We try to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. However, photographs are for illustration only, and colour, finish, size and appearance may vary because of lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of many pieces.
Metal, purity, weight, stone details and size are confirmed by our team for the actual item at the time of sale. Where these details are not shown on the website, they are not being represented.
All designs are subject to availability. Showing a design on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.
4. Pricing
Where a product shows “Price on request”, the price will be given by our team. Jewellery prices generally depend on the metal rate on the day of billing, the actual weight, making or wastage charges, stone charges and applicable taxes such as GST. The final price is the amount confirmed by us at the time your order is accepted.
If any price shown on the website is incorrect because of an error, we are not obliged to sell at that price and will contact you before proceeding.
5. Order requests and acceptance
Submitting the checkout sends an order request to our store via WhatsApp. It is not a confirmed order. A contract is formed only when our team confirms the item, final price and terms with you and accepts your order.
We may decline or cancel an order request at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Payments
The website does not collect payments. Payment details are shared by our team after your order is confirmed. Please make payments only using details provided directly by Vijay Shree Jewellers.
List the accepted payment methods (for example, cash, UPI, bank transfer, card) and any advance or booking amount required.7. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
Cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests are handled in accordance with the store’s policy at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection law.
Specify: whether and until when an order can be cancelled; whether returns or exchanges are accepted and within how many days; conditions (unworn, original tags/invoice, not customised or resized); any deductions or charges; old-gold exchange or buyback terms, if offered; and how and within how many days refunds are paid.8. Delivery and store pickup
You can choose to collect your order from our store or request delivery. Store pickup may require identification and the order confirmation or invoice.
Delivery availability, areas, charges and estimated timelines are confirmed by our team for each order. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Confirm delivery areas, delivery partner(s), charges, transit insurance, and what happens if a parcel is damaged, lost or refused.9. Gold Saving Scheme
Membership of the Gold Saving Scheme is subject to the scheme terms published on our Gold Saving Scheme page and printed on your scheme card, in addition to these terms. If they conflict, the scheme terms on your scheme card apply to the scheme.
Enrolment requires KYC verification. Scheme instalments are not deposits and are redeemable only as described in the scheme terms.
Have the scheme structure (duration, benefits, refund and discontinuation rules) reviewed against the regulations that apply to jewellers' savings schemes, including the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014 and the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, before publishing.10. Intellectual property
The Vijay Shree Jewellers name, logo, website design and content are owned by or licensed to Vijay Shree Jewellers. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- Check the item, weight and invoice at the time of pickup or delivery and tell us immediately about any issue.
- Keep your invoice for any future service, exchange or warranty request.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vijay Shree Jewellers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://vijayshreejewellers.in/terms-and-conditions. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was accepted.
